It's cold outside, there's not kind of astmosphere..
Bloody hell it's a cold day, can't be bothered to go downstairs and force the boiler to turn on though (damn my father and his summer heat saving ways!)
It's just occurred to me, that with the installing of ye olden Xandros Linux on the CrapBox™ (my oh-so-affectionate name for my 6yr old desktop turned crap PC for my father), there aren't any computers running Windows in the house, apart from my old Sony Vaio, which with it's FUBAR motherboard doesn't really come into the equation.
Yay me.
In fact, everything's running some form of *nix (UNIX or UNIX-like), apart from my mobile and my old Psion Series 7, which both run Symbian/EPOC respectively.
PowerBook G4: Mac OS X 10.3.4 (Panther).
CrapBox (400MHz x86 desktop): Xandros Linux.
SunBlade 100 (Sun UltraSPARC IIe 500MHz workstation): Solaris 8, with Solaris 10 being installed on it this weekend.
My old-new PC (1.3GHz Athlon custom built desktop, currently in pieces): FreeBSD / Linux dual-boot.
Frankentop (old 400MHz AMD K6 laptop, my first laptop): NetBSD, probably soon to be some form as Linux as it gets donated to FreeSide.
Oh and we larf'd!
I am always most aware that I have the most annoying of laughs late at night, when my self control over the more annoying areas of my personality boil to the surface, and I manage to actually annoy myself, with each lawnmower-esque emission from my mouth; it happens because I'm too tired to stop myself, and every little thing that either makes me chuckle, or my brain somehow to tries to enforce, turns into a burst of machine gun fire, which is very liken to Janis from Friends, and the fucked up engine of an East Yorkshire Bus Service number 56; I don't even think most of it's funny, my body just reacts with a laugh, and it annoys the shit out of me, so god knows how it pisses others off, like Damian, who's unfortunate enough to be sat next to me right now.
