~500 news item from news feeds per day, ~150 non-spam e-mails per, and various chatting with various people.
It's rather difficult to manage all the information. It would probably help if I hadn't been messing with a extra monitor attached to my PowerBook at the same time really (including playing Underworld on it right now).
