My Sony Vaio laptop is currently FUBAR because Sony gave me an un-upgradeable licence code for WinXP Pro, so it locked (couldn't even boot safe mood to undo the damage), and my cousin Kimberley's boyfriend Phil and his mate Andy are currently working on it. Should be back soon (hopefully).
