A little unhappy right now, my old Sunblade 100 workstation died while I was trying to upgrade it to Solaris 10, in preparation for donating it to FreeSide. Was swapping the hard drive out to investigate why it wasn't at least booting into a basic root prompt (didn't expect the file system to still be in tact by no means, and couldn't find anywhere in the docs how to drop to a basic BIOS prompt), and when I turned it back on..well..I didn't, as it wouldn't turn back on at all, not a sausage of life in the thing.
Tried all the usual suspects, I believe it may be a knackered power supply, but I also have an inkling that the motherboard may have gone, and if it has, that's a completely different matter.
