Launch Box appears to be a very cool built-for-GNOME launching application, which answers my earlier question about the existence of good quality modern Unix-space keyboard-GUI application launchers.
And in case anyone was wondering, I've been rather ill the past week, hence the lack of postage. Andrea's now picked it up from me and is very much feeling it. :(
