Went to the doctors this afternoon, problem with my ear is caused by simple sinus congestion, because of the hay-fever I've been suffering from recently; pills in pocket, one a day for a few weeks, and things will be back to business-as-usual.
However, I've got to ring up the local health clinic for my shots.
