I believe I caught a cold off my room mate, affectionately referred to by most as "fresher flu" (regarding the first week of the semester for first years at University, known as freshers week, freshers being first years or freshmen); I'm nearly over the cold (within a 24 hour period no less), but combine it with the fact the heating in this place barely seems to work (turn the radiator to a maximum setting of 5, and you're lucky if it gets warm), and the bloke in the room below this one smoking (despite this being a strictly no smoking block) out of his balcony with the wind blowing it into this room.
To use the venacular, I feel like shit. Can't even say it's warmed up shit at that, as I'm pretty damn cold; at least I've stopped coughing, I nearly made it through this cold without coughing, but mild asthma doesn't go well with cigarette smoke, or any other smoke really.
