RSS Aggregator update

The RSS Aggregator is pretty much 99% finished. There's only one problem, the conditional-GET code isn't working because the Windows binary version of PHP on my laptop seems to utterly hate 'fsockopen()` with a vengeance.
As you can see, I've also decided to drop the Magpie code, as it basically didn't work too well (appologies to the creator(s) of Magpie, but this was only on my setup); instead been writing my own HTTP GET functions to grab the RSS feeds conditionally, and also store local cache's of the feeds; it would be fully working if it wasn't for this damn socket problem!

Just recieved a phone call telling me my server will be up in about 48 hours..ergo completely bypassing the holiday's! Looks like I'll have to try and find the time to set everything up and and do college work.
