Go forth my SPRITE, and search for me, muwhahaha

A meme I used to play with in my head was the idea of making my own personal intelligent SearchBot for performing automated 'Net crawls for me. I already had the coding ability, and the hardware (an UltraSPARC-IIe powered SunBlade 100 I managed to get for £200 cheaper than I should've), only thing I was lacking was the time to design it and the bandwidth. I technically have the bandwidth these days (could just leave it running on my ADSL over night while it performed searches), just not the time. I recently started thinking about this again, after reading about a new companies rather impressive idea of peforming search indexing using distributed computing, similiar to the SETI@Home project. I had a new idea relating to my search bot; the spam filter I use these days is based on a baiyesian filter, it compares past results with new results and makes a fuzzy logic decision on what to do, basically learning as it goes; using a similiar technique, one which compares the level of match/rank from an index which was grabbbed by the user in past searches, on a category-by-category basis, as well as using my own personal filters, would produce crawl data and summaries within 90%-95% accuracy, as if I had put in the 10-20 minutes to actually find the information myself.
Now if only I had the time to realize the meme. Oh well, still a good idea.
Trh-ay-neng?

Damian and I attended an exceedingly bizarre motivational course thang at college (yes, during the easter hol's no less) today; it involved listening to the scariest couple of Southern pratts I've ever met, one of which was from ESSEX, and doing little puzzle/challenge things. The challenges were okay, and we enjoyed it, although there did seem to be a lack of IQ in the female attendance, apart from Rowan who was also there.
Still waiting on the domain transfer pages for 1stvamp.org, from 1&1, in order to get the domain transfered to them for use with 'hackworth`.
Need more caffeine.
Miss Andrea.
