This is a sketch of a character called Chodorae, an evolved (i.e. mutated) dragon.
It is based on a character of the same name created by my friend Darren, but edited to become an evil villain. He was to be the main villain, and leader of a group of evolved dragons, for a comic book I and Darren were working on a few years back, that has now failed (but you never know). Being Darren's character he did the main redesign of Chodorae as a villain, but I drew this quick sketch as my own take on the design and personality he should have.
