This QotD also embodies what my workplace is like, with very little use of the web across most of the deptartments, with practically 0 in my own department, apart from company wide applications for quality control and timesheets/project management.

Of course, it's always worse than that, one of the members of this office built an entire GUI using PowerPoint, for use as a reporting tool for an important project.

Allow me to reiterate something else, there are no CS/IT degree graduates in this department, and that's the norm for here.
